I just saw the post for the Burpee Challenge yesterday and they are already on day 35. I have a lot of catching up to do as well as keeping up with the WOD's. We did Friday's WOD on Saturday at Torii Beach and got pretty torn up. Time was kept but we were rotating on the bars and rings at the same time so the times were just a reference. They weren't accurate. Everyone's hands were pretty beat up and I've been sore all weekend so I know that it was a good effort.
Tabata Something Else is going on tonight. 32 rounds. This one will be fun.

A day with Fran

The First Blog
Finished the "Filthy 50's" workout today in 35.21. Was pretty worn out from past workouts and the run I had earlier in the morning. Can easily drop that time down next time.
Read the forum on Breyers Ice cream on the Crossfit Discussion board and was impressed to see what everyone had to say on how eating it before bed was actually helping people lose weight. It hasn't been determined if it's the Calcium or the Fats or that it just has a low glycemic index number that's doing the trick but it seems to be working.
